Hello,

Thanks for your attention. When I followed " ./cd_rpmbuilder -p fwknop
"  it reports as

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
[*] Could not chdir /usr/src/redhat/SPECS at ./cd_rpmbuilder line 98.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Regarding libcap here is the info about installed library in suse 11 box.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
│libcap-devel│Development files for libcap                  │2.08
│libcap-progs│Libcap utility programs                       │2.08
libcap2     │Library for Capabilities (linux-privs) Support│2.08
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hope these help to give me some clue.

Thanks
