I've investigated the disappearing configs on a Windows 7 VM. It looks like the config file location has changed. On this machine under 1.0, the config file was at %UserProfile%\fwknop-gui.ini. In 1.3 it's at %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\fwknop-gui.ini. This might be a result of moving to wxwidgets3, or perhaps from adding the ability to load a config file from a non-standard location. I'll try to figure out some sort of workaround for this in the final release. Maybe an automated warning and offer to move the file to the new location on first start. The upside is that your configs don't seem to be gone, just misplaced. ;)
