So your trying to boot back to windows but you get GRUB instead? Sounds like
you need to run:

fdisk /mbr

Under dos/windows to regenerate the mbr.

Help.
I installed Core 5 on a laptop. I then needed to install a Verizon
image. I ran Fdisk, deleted the partition, generated another and made it
active. I formatted the drive and then imaged the laptop which
overwrites everything (just about everything) on the HD. When the system
boots it comes up with GRUB in the upper left corner of the screen and
nothing happens. Can someone help with this?
Thanks,
Mike Peden
