It says here that America's favorite technology curmudgeon and noted Mac
hater John C Dvorak (from www.dvorak.org/blog and TWIT fame) will be the
keynote.

It's funny since people use the Cheney imitation to make fun of him
because he plugs he blog all the time:

For those that bothered to read down this far apparently there's a new
