with the resolveconf daemon you can add the DNS servers to the head or
base file under /etc/resolveconf/resolveconf.d/ and I would suggest
208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 for OpenDNS as better than the old
GTE/Verison 4.2.2.2 4.2.2.3 4.2.2.4 name servers.
