Hi everyone,
Just a last minute reminder that the June meeting of the Fort Wayne LUG
will be this Thursday, June 20, at 7:00pm in the computer lab at
Canterbury High School, 3210 Smith Rd. As usual. directions and fuller
information can be found on the LUG wiki at http://www.fortwaynelug.org.
This month John McElvey will be telling us how he uses a homebrew Linux
cluster to do what you used to need a supercomputer for - modeling the
behavior of chemical compounds. It promises to be a fascinating look at
Linux in scientific computing, so come on out and join us.
Just as reminder, this will be the last regular meeting until September
- as usual we'll take July and August off for summer vacation, and will
have social meetings at Mad Anthony's instead of formal meetings.
