Take a look at VMware Fusion - http://www.vmware.com/products/fusion/ - It's
not an emulator, it's a virtual machine. Most of the folks who have it use
it primarily for windows. You can create multiple virtual machines, register
ones created with VMware Workstation, and also run anything on the VMware
Virtual Appliance Marketplace (http://www.vmware.com/appliances/).
