Look in /etc/rc3.d (or rc4.d or rc5.d) and follow the numbers... on my 
system, bluetooth is S25bluetooth, and it looks like the next service to 
load is S25pulseaudio... so I'd look at pulseaudio first. Of course it 
could also be something like hal and there's just a delay before it 
locks up.
