Folks If you are looking for a solid, new laptop go to Lenovo.com, configure it to get the best Lenovo.com price. Then rush to Borders if you don't have a Border's buying card (free) and get one. Then go to Borders.com, sign in at the top right corner, then go to BordersPerks, then near the bottom click on Lenovo.. Carries you to a lenovo config page where the prices are noticeably less than at what you just found at Lenovo.com.. lasts for 12 days more... I know you don't want XP-Pro, or you might not be reading this, bit its SP3.. The base SUSE machine is less than $700 for the T61 series. If you want to better appreciate the T61 series check out out ThinkAdvantage at Lenovo.com
