Folks,
I'm trying to do coarse grain parallel on a 4proc machine using the Linux BATCH command. I want to dump 100 jobs in the batch que, but have only 3-4 run at a time controlled automatically by a specified load level for the OS que manager. I can determine when the 100 are finished by counting the existance of 100 examples of a given file typs generated by each batch job. Any suggestions most appreciated.. many thanks! John McKelvey
