So this is fairly ugly since the vlc plugin for firefox doesn't work the
same way the media player does.  So if you view the source of the page
where the media would play you can find the url.

The stream appears to be at http://75.125.83.198/wlyv8561

So on ubuntu, try this:

sudo apt-get install vlc

You can start vlc, run file->open network then enter the URL above in
the window it gives you.

Or you can probably do this as well:

sudo apt-get install mplayerplugin

Restart firefox and just click on the link:

http://75.125.83.198/wlyv8561

And make a bookmark to find it again easier in firefox.
