Can't find the right drivers for your laptop's wifi card? Your favorite
piece of software just won't do one simple thing? You're getting weird
behavior whenever you run one program? You want to install something,
but it's just not working?
Bring in any hardware or software problem you are having for
troubleshooting by the assembled company, and if that fails, at least
get the chance to vent...
