Do you have Yum or yast installed? I'd check their man pages, I don't know
how you would check without a package manager.

Hi all,

I'm poking around in some sort of RedHat based system, not sure which
flavor but its definitely an RPM based distro.

I need to install Sun Java for a new application, GCJ 1.4 is currently
installed. How can I find out what other system packages depend on GCJ
(or generic java) to make sure that changing Java's won't bork
anything else?

It *shouldn't* matter if I change GCJ for Sun Java, but I'd rather not
hose my cousins webserver.
