For those of you unaware, this is our particular form of social media, where the medium is a delicious beverage and good food instead of, say, Facebook. So to shake things up a bit this month, I'm introducing topics for discussion. Yeah, I know what you're thinking, this is gonna be like an Oprah Book Club thing. Well it's not, and here's proof: Oprah would not declare MythTV to be the worst thing in the world. We have the regulars, (you know who you are), and everyone else. So if the regulars can make a conscious effort to include a few of these topics in, we can be more inclusive of the new people who trickle in occasionally. I think it's good overall, plus it gives the new people something to talk about that's hopefully interesting to all. So the backdrop on the AT&T stories is kind of interesting. The Apple world wide developer conference is next week, and they're probably announcing a few products. Is Apple going to get some blowback for choosing AT&T? Will Apple cozy up to Verizon? Will people sour on iPhone and choose Android? And should the AT&T CEO implement email filtering software instead of email filtering lawyers?
