I know there are a ton of forums on this subject but i'm having trouble. I
installed Mint on my HP Pavilion Elite HPE-450f and i want to remove it and
restore the mbr. The problem im having is HP's damn recovery program you go
into at boot by hitting F11. There is no option for the command prompt and I
dont want to keep hitting continue and end up restoring the whole PC. How do i
get past this and to the command prompt? I plan on installing another distro
if i can get the fan speed issue solved on this pc in the future.
