Hmmm... just ring support... sounds so easy, but I wonder how far up the chain one would have to go to get to someone who even understood what I was asking? ;)
Since that account will be cancelled as we move away soon, I'm not up to making the experiment, but I'd be interested in hearing how it goes if someone else ends up doing that. And maybe it's just a glitch with my system.
