Unfortunately, I have a class that overlaps with the Canterbury/Munchie LUG
schedule this semester, so I won't be making it to most of the meetings.

On the other hand, I do have hosting. My hosting company doesn't have a one
click install of MediaWiki, but I can download the files and ssh to the
server and install it manually. I would be happy to do so.

I think another good topic for discussion would be the degree of
coordination between the two LUGs. It would be easier for me to attend the
one at Ivy Tech, which is right down the street from me. It may also meet
what is presently a more convenient date and time -- I'm not quite sure. On
the other hand, I think it would be a shame for the groups not to pool their
resources and share their knowledge with each other.

Perhaps we could have two different meeting locations for people who live on
different sides of town, but periodically meet togehter for all-city events
(like when we have an out-of-town guest speaker?)

Hello, all,

I hope this finds you having a wonderful week!

We will be resuming our customary 3rd Thursday of the month technical
meetings this week.

This first one will be an informal meeting, encouraging of audience
participation.

Have you been working with something cool you want to tell us about?
We want to hear!

Got a question or problem you need help with? Bring them along!

WHO: You
WHAT: Bring Your Own Topic
WHEN: 7:00 pm on Thursday evening
WHERE: in the Canterbury High School computer lab [1]
HOW/WHY: That's up to you

I'll probably start things off with a little discussion about the Ohio
LinuxFest, which some of us just went to this past weekend.

Sim?n

Another topic might be who is going to take over the hosting and
domain names for the LUG, since I need to make that decision by early
October...

As one of the coordinators for the IvyLUG along with Cliff Garwood, I can honestly say that we would love to have as many of the FWLUG people come that want to.
