While I've already clicked the Like button, I don't believe you need 25 Likes anymore to get a custom name. I think that changed last September. All the page admin needs to do is navigate to http://www.facebook.com/username and there should be an option for selecting a name for your page. Don't forget to publish it too so it'll turn up in searches and stuff. After you've created a name for the page, it should bug you to do that.
