Problem is getting WSS4J source code.

Hi Folks, I want to download the latest version of WSS4J. I installed maven-1.0.2.exe. I executed command as mentioned at http://ws.apache.org/ws-fx/wss4j/cvs-usage.html. It gives error while downloading ws-fx\wss4j. The text below is what I copied from the console. How can I get the latest version of WSS4J and build it locally?
