Andy,

you may have a look at a e-mail conversation here on this list
that took place aroung January, 13 - 15/16 this year (with Tim Langford,
Dims, and me), the subject was "Problems with UsernameToken".

Somehow Tim got it working. Maybe he can help you in the setup?
