Buy one of these. $38.

It's a 5400 rpm 60 GB drive...you can go to 7200 rpm but it'll likely  
run hotter, and since your're asking about a cooling pad, heat's an  
issue. You have a low-end TiBook, as I recall, a 400 MhZ right?
