That's a kernel panic. during an install it generally means failing  
hardware: memory, drive, mobo...

When I upgraded to Tiger on my old office Sawtooth, I kept getting  
errors like that. In may case it turned out to be a failing DVD drive  
case. (I was using an external FW DVD drive, since the sawtooth just  
had a CDRW at the time.)
