I can't tell if there's a bong, because the sound card doesn't seem to
work (see first post in thread). I'm wondering if I should just bite
the bullet and replace or remove the sound card, but I was hoping to
hear first from someone who had been through a similar thing. I might
not want to have sound, and avoid making noise in libraries, etc., but
I don't want to dismantle it, remove the sound card, and then have to
dismantle it later to install a working sound card.
