Hi I too use a Buffalo WLI-CB-G54S. I did on my Pismo and now on my Titanium G4.
The bonus of this is it gives you Airport Extreme, whereas the Pismo/Titaniums only supported the original Airport Card. But yes they do stick out a little from the side.
