Hi. I think my Wallstreet has a dead PRAM battery since it boots into OS 9 when I disconnect it to a power supply. So whenever I turn it on after being disconnected to a power and boot OS X Jaguar, I have to boot into OS 9 to set the date then restart it into OS 9 again to choose the Startup Disk then restart again and boot into OS X. I have to restart it after setting the date since it freezes if I select the Startup Disk immediately after setting the date.
So I came up with the idea to start up with the extensions off to speedup the boot time. With the extensions off, the Wallstreet also freezes. Do you guys have any idea with my Mac's problem? Any suggestion will be appreciated.
