just for reference - you can boot from os9 cd and install it even
though tiger is there too. The two systems can coexist on the same
partition.

if you have more problems getting the Tiger straightened out and you
have already erase it, then you could clone the 10.2 to pismo via
firewire... (using Carbon Copy Cloner), and use the current SeaMonkey
browser... for temporary.
