It simply folds over towards you, like the Pismo keyboard. The keyboard latches are under the keyboard, within the battery and CD slots. Adding/changing RAM is similar to the Pismo; you'll have to remove the processor card to get to the bottom slot. Just be careful when folding the keyboard towards yourself and you'll be fine. If not, I've got a pile of spares, cheap...
