Hi folkes, I have tried several times to install Tiger on to my 500Mhz Pismo. The install disc is a retail DVD that states it will work on the G3 Powerbooks. It will run a few minutes then freeze. The Pismo ran well under OSX.3.9. The oddest part is the 20Gb hdd, in a firewire enclosure, will run my G4 towers with out a hitch! The Pismo has 750mb ram, and the 3 DAs each have 1.5Gb ram. What am I missing??
