Go back and read the Winebottler site, right on the front page: "Intel
only"
It requires a Mac with an Intel CPU (An iMac, MacBook, Mini or Mac Pro
newer than January 2006), as are *ALL* WINE implementations, and will
not run on the Powerbook you have which has a PowerPC CPU, not Intel.
The only way Windows applications can run on a PowerPC Mac such as
yours is via emulation which is very slow.

If you're new to the Mac world and have the need to use Windows apps,
I'd really suggest looking for an Intel-based Mac. They're newer, and
will cost more, but you can run all the modern apps on them.
This is the main reason all those G4 Powerbooks have plummeted in price.
