Hi Flamer, In my experience, Lombards just don't recognize some high-capacity batteries that work fine in a Pismo. It has happened to me several times. I don't really know why, it's just the way it is. Maybe somebody with more technical knowledge that I have can explain the reasons.
Higher capacity batteries have bigger components, so they are always a little larger, fit tighter and tend to protrude a bit compared to the original ones. It is a small price to pay, IMHO.
