There are several cardbus wi-fi adapters that will work with a Lombard including Macsense, Orinoco Gold, and Belkin (some models) in OS 9. You can find these used and new once in awhile. Some run natively using airport others require drivers.
Using XPOSTFACTO, some of these will also run in OS X Jaguar and Tiger. There are a few USB dongle style wifi adapters that will work in OS X but you may need to use a USB 2.0 cardbus in your slot. Modding an airport card to work with a Lombard is probably not worth the trouble and damage your PCMCIA card slot. -- You received this message because you are a member of G-Books, a group for those using G3 iBooks and PowerBooks (we run a separate list for G4 'Books).
