Thanks to Felix, Don, and Matt I have the RT2500 driver - the
brothersoft site link was spot on.
Interestingly, since I posted originally, something! has found and
loaded an app "Belkin Wireless Cardbus" which handles the RT2500 just
fine.
I have no idea where it came from (I did NOT download it!) - the card
wasn't working Thursday - by Friday morning I had connected to the
router and was surfing.
Is this the first stage of machines taking over?
