Hi,
Put in a Jaguar or Panther CD and start up holding down the "C" key. You can
initialize the hard drive directly from the install CD. You can then install
the OS.

The limitations of your computer are such that I would not go beyond Panther.
If your Tiger install is a DVD it won't work in your laptop.

Good luck.
Bob
