Hi everyone,
I thought this would have gone without saying, but evidently there is
a need to say it.
When it very occasionally happens that spam shows up on the list,
please do NOT reply to it. Do not click on the spam links. And above
all, if you do reply for some reason, please, please, please don't quote
the spam link!!
When I see spam, I delete the post and moderate or ban the user so
there will be no more spam. Please feel free to write me offlist if you
see spam on the list.
If you quote the spam, you are going to be moderated too. Here I had
already removed every trace of it, and replying just brings it back.
