SO far I have upgraded just about everything in my Pismo, RAM 1GB, upgraded the processor to 500MHz G3, Airport Card. I am debating wether the the 550MHz G4 upgrade is a good buy or not, I know OSX is optimized for the G4 but from what I have read unless I am using applications that benefit from the G4 features it for the most part it preforms as a G3 of the clock speed. I don't use photoshop, or video/ audio editing and I spend about 80% - 90% of my time in OS 9.2.2. So I guess for my uses is the G4 from http://www.wegenermedia.com/pg4550.htm going to really improve my experience on the Pismo? This system is serving as my primary machine
