You should first create an account for yourself, using her account. Do you know how to do this ? (System Preferences / Accounts) You might want to erase and start over later, but you could start with this. Use export bookmarks in browser and export playlists in itunes, save in a public spot (such as a usb stick or in /Users/Shared, and make sure in Get Info window are public readable).
