The spring that returns the key is actually made of resilient plastic. Someone (from this list I think) sent me a few spare springs, I might be able to find one and send it to you if that is your problem. If you haven't had the key off have you removed/replaced the keyboard? My PB 520 is quite particular about having the keyboard seated correctly or the keys in the corner would a stick. Last possibility is gunk under the key, gently pry the key up, first left side then right. See if there's anything obvious under there and if the little spring is missing (it's pink on my wallstreet).
