Hi all, you see ... This is, according to me, the beautiful aspect of mailing lists. You ask a question, someone replies and, even if the question itself may not directly concern all the members of the list, there all the same could be a hint, a suggestion or whatever that will help more than one person. That's what happened to me tonite: Although not directly interested in this dvd-matter, i kept an eye on the replies and jumped on this one as soon as I saw it. Why? 'cause I have been getting in gradually bigger "trouble" with backups lately. My 4gb disk isn't big enough anymore :-). So the only solutions were - alternatively - to start acting as a dj thus backing up all my stuff on multiple cds OR, to get a new bigger hd ... But prices are REALLY high back here in italy. :-( Then today i came to know tha Smartdisk was selling Vst drives (10gb) for $ 60. I checked the company's site but the item I was looking for was sold out, no possibility to back-order; When I saw the link on your reply I went and dropped an eye on Shoplet too. There was my Vst drive for $ 57.95 (perhaps even a couple of bucks less than on Smartdisk's site ...). Just got mine!!
