I'm as peeved about Fetch going commercial as I am NCSA Telnet going down! <grumble> Not only did Fetch go commercial, BUT they have removed all the non-commercial public domain versions from the archives (which seems like something they shouldn't be able to do -- even if they bought the rights to the code since these others were released under an earlier licence).
