I'm very interested in something like this, but I've already found a couple that I'm toying with. The first is 'Carbon Copy Cloner' which I'm currently using. It's more used for backing up an entire volume (and making the resulting volume bootable). The other is actually the one I'm considering registering; 'iMsafe'.
