Just for the information of the list I want to post my observation at the
Adobe Digital Video Seminar I just attended in Minneapolis today!

The seminar was for Adobe products as well as Hewlet Packard Computers (Not
Apple) and Matrox Video Capture Cards and it was very evident that most of
the people attending used Windows. The Adobe representative told the
audience that Adobe approached both Apple and Microsoft concerning
developing computers for real time video work and only Microsoft was
interested in working with them. The HP computers they showed at the seminar
were running a Intel Xenon 2.2 GHz processor with a 400 MHz front side bus
and L2 512 cache on the high end, which seemed to leave anything Apple has
to offer in the dust.

The last Adobe seminar I attended in Minneapolis was all Apple laptops
running all their software and now it is Microsoft (HP) which is a real
concern to me. Our local High School is changing over to PC's also and I am
wondering where Apple is during all of this transformation.

I would like to see Apple doing some productivity advertising, instead of
doing the cute things they are showing here in the Mid West, which makes
most people think Mac's are for play and PC's are for work.
