Can't say I've seen that one. Some of the early G4's had something about 
the gasket around the battery being too loose, and they'd lose contact 
even though the battery never fell out (well, some people said their's 
fell out, but I haven't personally seen one that did). If something's 
actually broken though............. you'll have to mail that one into 
Apple, most likely, and it probably won't be covered under the warranty.
