Maybe something has changed with the configuration of your system? Qt 
isn't just QT - you must choose a codec (COmpressor/DECompressor) 
when you export or make the QT. Typically these may be Sorensen, 
Animation, Cinepak and so on. The same codec must be present on the 
playback machine. Check your extensions folder; possibly re-install 
Quicktime. It is possible to make movies that will not play back from 
some drives or even without hardware support (such as the Avid 
codecs).
