I also find that, while Disk Warrior and Norton and company will often fix problems that DFA cannot, these kinds of problems tend to recur periodically. My prize winning philosophy to a trouble free Mac: keep current backups, run DFA often, and if it says it can't fix the problem, Zero All Data and restore from backup.
