Hi, as a new subscriber here, I have to agree that this comment - and a 
few others I would consider disrespectful and arrogant -  put me off as 
well; wondering what kind of response I'll get if I ask a simple 
question . . .  I did appreciate the information that came with it, but 
one has to learn it somewhere!   I have a Mac but don't spend much of my 
time researching company attitudes towards Macs.  My $.02 worth - Diane
