>From what I understand, it is a  8X/4X/24X drive, but I won't know until I
get it going what it really is. I do have a second Pismo, but I don't want
to take that working drive apart to make it a CD-RW only if I don't have to.
I closed the deal on the non working drive, so I will keep the list updated
on my progress in converting it to CD-RW.
