I've had my (US model) Lombard/333 since January 2000 and it has served me faithfully. However, recently it has been losing the volume settings on a regular basis - after resetting the PRAM, I'm coming to the conclusion the PRAM battery may be nearing the end of its life. Unfortunately, replacements seem to be $50+, plus shipping to the UK. Before I part with the cash, can anyone suggest other options or sources of cheaper alternatives? Is it a false economy to buy one of the 'used' PRAM batteries advertised for around $25?
