As far as I know, you can't, that way. You need to setup your TiBook 
and CRT monitor to be in mirror mode, only way, the DVD player will 
only play on the 'main' window. I believe this is because the DVD 
player is built to not allow 'copying' and writes directly to the 
display not video memory. You can see this by trying to take a screen 
capture while playing a movie. The capture will show your desktop, 
not the movie.

Alternatively, if you're talking OS X, there are 2 or 3 other 
players, videolan is one, that use quicktime and standard apple 
windows and will play on the second monitor. xlr8yourmac.com is
