One other thing to look at is that sometimes, depending on the burner/media
combination it may just not work correctly in all CD-R's. I've burned discs
on apple CD-R's that would load just fine on my beige and ibooks, but not in
a tibook or my tangerine ibook, or sometimes the other way around.

Different CD mechanisms have different tolerances and parts... Heh, I
actually keep a 7500 around because every once in awhile I will get a CD
from a client that will only show up in it.
