Heh, it is kind of funny. In OSX I can't seem to make it =keep= mozilla as my browser of choice. :) Keeps going back to explorer. Sorry you're having issues with it's printing functionality- it often isn't as full featured as some of the others. Because it's open source, the things programmers want most often take precedence over things that can make a consumer's life easier. This can be good and bad, ie: in mozilla you can turn off all those pop up ads- in netscape you can't, but most programmers aren't that into dead trees. :) One suggestion- if you have specific things/functionality you are interested in, you can get into the community. Not by coding, but simply by joining one of the lists listed at the below link. The mozilla group reviews them, then incorporates the suggestions, gives them priorities and you can track them and see when they've been implimented. <http://www.mozilla.org/feedback.html> > I do have an alias on the desktop, but when I chose it, Mozilla overrode it. > That's why I switched back. I'll mess with them again when I have time. Sometimes operating systems can get confused- especially OS9, partially because of how netscape identifies itself and it's preferences/user profiles structure. It is trying to launch the newest one it can find. Sometimes rebuilding your desktop can help this (hold down command and option when you startup). > I just really needed those printed charts at this time. *nods* Understand completely, I have to keep IE around just for one site that I access every other day that doesn't work well with netscape- it's CSS is tailored too much to explorer. If you want, you can email me offlist with the site you're having problems with and what you're trying to accomplish and perhaps we can figure out a workaround? One thing I can think of offhand is to instead of selecting "print" select "print preview" from the file drop down, which offers a lot of different options that are more accessible. If you use OSX at all, when you are in the print dialog box you can simply hit "preview" which generates a PDF of the page and throws you into acrobat with it- from there you can select specific graphics and do all sorts of things.
